At Shenda Apparel & Footwear, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy for U.S. orders—designed to make the process simple and transparent.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return or refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your shipping carrier’s tracking information).
- Item Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition—with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact (e.g., shoe boxes, dust bags, size labels). We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number (found in your order confirmation email) when initiating a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds (unless defective):
- Custom or personalized products (if applicable).
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
- Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your item:
- Submit a Return Request: Send an email to shenda223@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Include:
- Your full name and order number.
- The name and size of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, didn’t match description, defective).
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions (including our return address).
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and include the RA number on the outside of the box. Ship the item to the address provided in our response.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Free return shipping for U.S. orders where the total purchase amount was $35 or more (we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label via email).
- For orders under $35, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—Shenda is not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

4. Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will notify you via email to confirm whether your return is approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
- Refund amounts include the full purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping costs (except for returns due to our error, e.g., defective products or wrong items shipped).
- Please note: Banking processing times vary—your refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as “return + reorder” to ensure you receive your desired item quickly:
- Follow the return process above to send back the unwanted item.
- Place a new order for the correct size, color, or product on our website (you can use your refund once it’s processed, or pay upfront for faster delivery).
- If the exchanged item is more expensive than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it’s less, we will issue a refund for the balance.
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size/color), please contact us within 7 days of delivery:
- Send an email to shenda223@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item (and packaging, if damaged), and a description of the issue.
- We will cover all return shipping costs and offer either a full refund, a replacement item, or an exchange—at your choice.
- Replacements will be shipped within 3-5 business days of confirming the issue, pending product availability.
7. International Orders (Non-U.S.)
While our primary focus is U.S. customers, international returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. However:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs fees.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs for international orders.
