At Shenda Apparel & Footwear, we strive to get your orders delivered quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, shipping costs, processing times, and international shipping details for customers worldwide (with a focus on U.S. orders).
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day, Independence Day).
- Processing time includes order verification, packaging, and preparation for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday periods), processing time may extend to 3-5 business days—we recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
2. U.S. Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)
We offer two shipping options for U.S. customers, with delivery provided by trusted carriers (USPS, FedEx, or UPS):

- Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days (free for orders $35+); Expedited shipping is not available for these locations.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping (delivery time may extend by 2-3 business days).
3. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, with delivery provided by USPS International or DHL:
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by country; customs processing may cause delays).
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and fees imposed by their country’s customs office. Shenda does not collect these fees upfront, and we are not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.
- Restricted Countries: We do not ship to countries with trade restrictions or high delivery risks (e.g., sanctioned regions). A full list of eligible countries is available at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (sent to the address used during checkout).
- You can track your package by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email, or by visiting the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and entering your tracking number.
- For international orders, tracking may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.—please contact the local postal service or customs office if tracking stops updating.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship to physical addresses (no PO Boxes for expedited U.S. shipping).
- Maximum package weight: 30 lbs per order. For bulk orders exceeding this weight, please contact us at shenda223@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote.
- We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address during checkout—changes to the address after order processing may not be possible, and we cannot refund or reship orders sent to the wrong address.
6. Delays & Missing Packages
- While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing (international orders), or peak seasons. We ask for your patience in these cases.
- If your U.S. order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date (or 30 days for international orders), please contact us at shenda223@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number. We will investigate the issue and offer a solution (reshipment or refund) if the package is confirmed lost.
