These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shenda Apparel & Footwear website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”). • Order confirmation (via email) does not constitute acceptance—your order is only accepted once we ship the product(s) and send a shipping confirmation email.
• We may limit the quantity of products you can purchase per order or per account, at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors (e.g., typos, incorrect discounts)—if a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order or proceed at the correct price.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shenda Apparel & Footwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience) arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your order shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to any claims against us.
